Property information

Welcome to our modern 4-star GOLD Residence, located in the suburbs of Dubrovnik, in the small town of Kupari. The apartment is equipped with new and modern furniture and modern appliances that will make your stay pleasant and carefree. Every apartment is fitted with air conditioning, private bathroom and kitchen. They all have a balcony except the one in rooftop. Sun terrace and swimming pool are only for our guests.

Neighbourhood information

This Gold Residence two bedroom apartment is located not far from the Srebreno center, 5-10 minutes walk to the nearby shopping center SUB City and the beach, Hotel Sheraton, several restaurants and cafes. Along the sea is a beautiful promenade that takes you from Kupari, through the Srebreno to Mlini, with the scents of pine trees and the sea you will feel completely relaxed. For visiting old town Dubrovnik or old town Cavtat there is a local bus station in front of the Gold Residence apartment. There is 10-15 min drive to each destination. The nearest airport is 10km (15 min) away.
