Welcome to Villa La Vie - Podstrana, a beautiful detached villa with 5 bedrooms and sea views for your ideal vacation in Croatia. Our house is located at the very entrance to the city of Split, 8 km from the city center, in a wonderfully quiet suburban area. Podstrana is an ideal place for a family or a group of friends with plenty of facilities for beach fun, restaurants or nightlife. In the immediate vicinity of the property is the Le Meridien Resort with its extensive public facilities. Our property has 5 bedrooms with 180x200 cm beds, each floor has a kitchen, access to the terrace and yard, sea view, a total of 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, while the parking lot can accommodate 6 cars, the total area of ​​the building is 500 m2, of which the house itself is 200 m2. The pool is 27 m2 and has the possibility of heating.
The manager of the facility is available for any questions or assistance during the stay in the facility, and we will be happy to organize transportation and one-day / multi-day trips at the guest's request. We kindly ask guests to announce their arrival time, as check-in and check-out services are available by invitation.
The city of Split, as the cradle of Croatian civilization, began its history in the 3rd century during the reign of Emperor Diocletian, when he decided to build a palace that is today one of the most important UNESCO cultural monuments in the world. Split offers a rich gastronomic, cultural and entertainment scene, and a special emphasis is given by its traffic connection with the rest of the country, so that via Split you can quickly reach islands such as Hvar or Brač, and 30 minutes by car separates you from the UNESCO city of Trogir or the city of pirates - Omiš. At the entrance to Split, its ancient history began in the so-called Antička Salona, a place that today is the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, and today is considered a satellite city named Solin. A 10-minute drive away is the municipality of Klis and its fortress, where the epic moments of the "Game of Thrones" series were filmed.
