Villa Le ROSE is a beautiful modern holiday home with an open swimming pool, situated in the region of Istria (Croatia), a few minutes by car from the centre of Porec. The house is located in the middle of green plants and nature, has its own well-groomed garden and all the necessary amenities for a really peaceful family rest. The villa has 3 separate bedrooms, a big living room, a big kitchen area with a dining table, a big balcony with soft furniture, relaxation areas, a patio and terraces. Thanks to the separate rooms you will enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. The Swimming pool with roman staircase. Nearby there are umbrellas, deck chairs, armchairs, as well as a big dining table and chairs to enjoy your rest in the middle of nature. Inside the house there are: stylish Italian furniture, kitchen appliances Miele, a big refrigerator, an ice maker, a coffee maker, a washing machine, big TV sets, satellite TV, sports and films program packages, the newest hi-fi stereo system with a world music library. Towels, bathrobes, bedlinen, etc. Preparing for your holiday you only need to take your private belongings - all the rest is waiting for you in this wonderful idyllic summer house.
Villa LE ROSE is located in a few kilometers from the centre of the city, in a green suburb of Porec. This beautiful, comfortable and quiet place, lost among the gardens and flowers, is called Buici. Crystal clean air, birds singing, exuberant flowers, the shining sun and a lot of green plants around. Here is the villa LE ROSE, provided with all the necessary things to guarantee a great quality rest in solitude. Nearby there are: a restaurant, a canova, a pizzeria, cycling roads. 2-3 kilometers away there is a new big shopping centre and a lot of big supermarkets such as Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine. Just a few minutes by car and you can enjoy a walk along the narrow streets of old Porec or choose one of the numerous sea beaches to your liking. Also not far away there are the Euphrasian basilica, Baredine caves, a modern sports centre, tennis courts, the Aquacolors aquapark and other interesting places of Istria.
