The villa spreads on 140 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, a spacious living room with a dining area for six guests, the stairs from the living room bring you to an open gallery/bedroom with two single beds, an bathroom with shower, a separated toilet and two bedrooms each with a double bed. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and is ideal for cosy summer evenings. The outdoor area consists of a pool with sunbeds and a BBQ. The location of the Villa offers you a stay away from the city noise, but is only a short car drive away from the city center of the popular tourist destination Porec. The beaches are also reachable by car. The Villa offers you private parking inside the courtyard, there is also one additional parking on the street for a second car.
