Villa Linet with garden is set in a large, beautiful garden in the village Funtana, on Croatia’s Istria peninsula. The beach is only 400 metres away and its apartments have private balconies. All apartments are uniquely decorated and have a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette comes with cooking utensils, a microwave and tea/coffee maker. Free internet access is provided in all rooms and air conditioning is available against a fee. Guests can relax on the sunny terrace and in sunloungers in the garden. Barbecue facilities are on site and are at guests’ disposal. Villa Linet with garden offers a bicycle rental and a gift shop on site. Free covered private parking is provided. A supermarket, restaurants and the centre of Funtana can be reached within 100 to 200 metres. Different excursions by boat or bus to Venice and national parks can be organised, as well as cultural and gastronomic tours of Istria. Art-therapy programmes are organised once a month outside winter season.
