Kind regards to all our guests first. My name is Ivan. My family and I are running this beautiful place for some time. We will give all ourself to make your staying lovely and comfortable so you can have it in your memory for a long period. I have a master degree at university of Kinesiology and been in sports my whole life. I am a fitness trainer, football and basketball coach, and beside that, I am a boat captain during summer, working on yachts, sailing boats and catamarans.Mostly you will talk with me and make arranges with me for everything. My parents will host you and welcome you with some homemade and traditional surprise. This will be your dream vacation eather you want peaceful vacation or a bit more active.

Beautiful house in centar of Istria, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room, front yard and backyard, pool 9×4.5 m. House is suitable for 10 people + kids (for more people contact us first ), nice interior and decorated garden, safe for children. Quiet location, beautiful for outdoor lovers and lot of cultural sights. The house has 4 king beds, 3 single beds and 2 sofas. It has indoor fireplace and outdoor barbecau.The house has a wiew on beautiful nature, offering a sweeping view of the hills and nature of the Istria. The sunsets are well known and lot of nature has a calming effect. The place became a popular spot to climbers, cavers, mountain bikers, hikers and – above all – flyers. More and more outdoors enthusiasts coming each year to enjoy the peace and silence. There is the best "Paragliding flying" in Croatia and one of the best places in the whole Europe for mountain climbers. You must visit "Hum" - the smallest city in the world, and the "Aleja Glagoljaša" - croatian historic monument, old churches and gallerys, and traditional Istrian taverns-with our wine,snaps and traditional Istrian food.

We can arrange a lot of activities for you just you need to contact us first and tell your wishes. I am a boat captain so we can arrange some sailing boats if you want to explore beautiful sea and islands around Istria or arrangaments for the summer charter boats. Climbing, paraglyding, zip line, jet ski tours, buggy and motocross tours, tasting of traditional istrian food and drinks(wine and snaps) made only in Istria in our domestic taverns, truffels, olive oils...
