The rustic decoration of this beautiful villa built back in 1884 and carefully restored by the owner will fill your holiday with fairy-tale moments that you will remember forever. Villa Maruka in its 120m2 can accommodate 8 people in 3 harmoniously and traditionally decorated bedrooms. On the upper floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms that share one bathroom with a bathtub, while on the ground floor of the villa you can find one bedroom with a bathroom consisting of a bathtub and a shower. 2 double beds and 2 single beds are available to our guests, including an additional sofa bed for 2 people. On the ground floor of the villa there is also a spacious living room with a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and a dining room with 8 seats. A laundry room and one separate toilet can also be found on the same floor. In the courtyard of the villa you can find a beautiful pool measuring 3x5m and 1.35m deep. The pool is additionally equipped with a water massage and surrounded by 6 sun loungers. In the courtyard of the villa you can also find an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor dining table for shared meals and unforgettable gatherings with family or friends. Near the swimming pool and the barbecue area there is a bathroom with a shower. One parking space is available to our guests. The whole yard is completely enclosed by a stone wall or hedge.
