The location of the villa allows complete and exclusive privacy on a fenced property of 790 m2, as well as a perfect view of the sea from all rooms. Surrounded by untouched nature and the rocks of the mentioned mountain, this villa is a true oasis of peace. Villa Sheila in 320 m2 can accommodate six people. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen and a dining room which are connected to the spacious "open" concept living room. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas where guests can have fun while watching TV. From there, guests have direct access to a large and spacious terrace, swimming pool and an outdoor grill. The heated swimming pool (45 m2) is surrounded by six loungers where guests can soak up the sun. In the immediate vicinity of the pool there is a jacuzzi from which they can watch the beautiful sunset. For additional dimensions of enjoyment, a sauna is also available. On the first floor of the villa there are three luxurious and air-conditioned bedrooms, each of which has a double bed (200x210) and a corresponding ensuite bathroom. What makes this beautiful villa special is the large number of separate lounge areas for relaxation or for socializing with family and friends. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor table for six people, lounge furniture and balconies that can be accessed directly from the bedrooms.
