This beautiful Villa is a detached house, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. This beautiful house can accommodate up to 10 persons and is spread over the ground and first floor. The house consists of 2 fully equipped apartments, size 100 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a terrace. On the first floor there is a living room, an equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. A sofa bed for two people is available to guests on the ground floor as well as on the first floor. A private pool with sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor dining area are also available to guests. Guests have pool heating at their disposal, and the fee for pool heating is paid directly at the Villa. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking is located in front of the house. Since the house is located in a residential area, the accommodation is more suitable for families.
