Villa MyKoltrina is a beautiful villa for a relaxing family vacation in a quiet location in central Istria. It has a large extravagant pool with 72m2 and has been furnished with great attention to detail. It can accommodate 10 people and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, an open plan living area with dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. From here you can access the garden and the pool. The property is completely fenced and offers complete privacy. In the basement of the villa you will find a table tennis, a children's playroom. You have also 5 bicycles that you can use to explore the magical surroundings. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area and surrounding area where you can enjoy peaceful summer evenings. For added relaxation there is the indoor jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people next to the pool, sauna and fitness equipment in the basement, while the top floor offers a peaceful retreat with a sofa bed. On the house there is also a Bose free space open-air audio system, outdoor ice machine and professional table football in the entertainment area. The charming little village of Butkovici offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Only 14 km away is Svetvincenat, an attractive town with an impressive medieval stone castle and a good range of amenities including a post office and restaurants.
