Nova villa udaljena 500 metara od plaže, pješačka udaljenost do restorana, barova, trgovine, pekare, teretane, crkve. Na raspolaganju vam je grijani bazen (uz doplatu) 12 metara dužine , prekrasan prostor sa 5 klimatiziranih spavaćih soba (jedna u prizemlju) i 4 kupatila, zabava uz ogroman 65" Tv i vanjski projektor sa TV boxom, trampolin, koš. Villa je pažljivo namještena , te je velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Pogodna za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju . Transfer iz Zračne luke Pula na zahtjev. Prostor Pristup kući je bez stepenica, jedna spavaća soba se nalazi u prizemlju pa je pogodna za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju. U dvije sobe se kreveti za jednu osobu mogu spojiti u bračni krevet (jedna soba kreveti širine 2*90cm a druga soba 2*120 cm). Zemljište 630 m je potpuno ograđeno i nudi privatnost, ima trampolin i prostor sa košem. Punjač za električna vozila. Dostupno gostima Parking unutar dvorišta za 3 vozila. Električno pokretana dvorišna vrata. Punjač za električna vozila. Grijanje bazena dostupno na zahtjev uz doplatu - temperatura je ovisna o vremenskim uvjetima.

Ovo je vila uz more u Pješčanoj Uvali kraj Pule. Na vrlo kratkoj pješačkoj udaljenosti nalazi se veliki izbor izvrsnih barova i restorana. Rimski grad Pula i šarmantni Medulin nadomak su. Medulin se smatra jednim od najboljih kupališta u Istri. U Medulinu i u susjednoj Premanturi pronaći ćete razne barove i restorane, koji su svi poznati po svojim ribljim jelovnicima. Pula obiluje i izvrsnim restoranima, a neke ćete pronaći dok se šetate starim gradskim jezgrom, bogat rimskim ostacima. Najpoznatiji od svih rimskih spomenika u Puli, polazna i završna točka svakog razgledavanja je Amfiteatar, popularno zvan Arena u Puli, koja je nekoć bila mjesto borbi gladijatora. Sagrađena je u 1. stoljeću poslije Krista za vrijeme cara Vespazijana, u isto vrijeme kad i veličanstveni Koloseum u Rimu. Danas je to mjesto za ljetne predstave - Filmski festival, Opernu sezonu, Konjički festival, koncerte i kazališne predstave. Podzemni prolazi, koje su nekoć koristili gladijatori, danas su domaćini redovitih izložbi. Do centra Pule vozi javni prijevoz.
