Villa Perla Verde is an imposing, luxurious villa with a large heated pool and well-kept horticulture that provides total intimacy. It is a true oasis of peace surrounded by beautiful greenery and a panoramic view of the Učka nature park. The interior of the villa is comfortably and luxuriously designed giving you the feeling of being in your own home. The villa is a perfect choice for families with children or several couples for a vacation in complete privacy.
A quiet village where you can relax by walking or cycling along the roads that lead to the surrounding villages and settlements. Villa PERLA VERDE is located close to the famous Istrian tourist attraction, the Old Town of Labin, where you can visit historical monuments, rent bicycles and quads for various tours. We are only a 20-minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of Rab, the promenade of Rab, aquaparks, sailing... Nearby are equestrian clubs, fun parks and all other facilities are within reach: restaurants, bars, wineries, shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, clinics, etc.
