The wonderful living space of 450 m² guarantees an intimate and luxurious experience. On the ground floor of the villa is a fully equipped rustic summer kitchen with dining room, ready for many upcoming gatherings. Also integral to the ground floor are a bedroom and a separate WC. Between the streams there is also a room for sports activities and a sauna for a complete experience. On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious living room. It is connected to a modern kitchen and dining room in an open-plan concept. The dining room seats 12 people while offering a magnificent view of the pool and the open sea. On the second floor of the villa there are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms have a view of the sea, while one bedroom has a view of the Biokovo mountain. The covered terrace as well as the barbecue allow you to spend time outdoors. The villa is completely fenced to ensure privacy and an intimate atmosphere. The pool is 24 m2 in size and 1.5 m deep. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool to maximise your outdoor enjoyment. There is plenty of natural light in the villa thanks to the large windows that allow you to enjoy the sea view from every room. A private children's playground with a view of the mountains and the sea guarantees fun for young and old. The Biokovo Nature Park, Osek beach, the town of Makarska, unforgettable beaches in Brela, etc. are only a few minutes away by car. Note: The pool can be heated for a fee from mid-September to the end of May and paid on site to the owner.
