Villa Dubravka is located in Zavalatica, which is the most beautiful part of island Korčula, also known as an ecological zone. The villa is only 20 km away from historical town Korčula - birth place of the storied globe-trotter Marko Polo. Surroundings of Zavalatica and neighboring village Čara is the area where famous Croatian wine "Pošip" is produced. The sea here is exceptionally rich with fish and the coast is abound in vegetation of olive trees and pine-wopod. Beauty of nature, clear sea, pebbly beach and healthy food will make your holidays unforgettable. Villa DUBRAVKA consists of 2 double-bed suites with kitchens and W.C., 3 two double bed apartments with kitchen and W.C. and big apartment with 3 double rooms, 2 W.C., kitchen.. Each suite and apartment has its own terrace with a beautiful view to the sea.

Neighbourhood information

Surroundings of Zavalatica and neighboring village Čara is the area where famous Croatian wine "Pošip" is produced. In Zavalatica you have one restaurant, cafe - pizzeria, and great supermarket. Also every few days there is fresh fish (local fish mans selling) and fresh fruits-vegetables. Town is a half hour drive away and this is a must-see – the Old Town of Korcula is a beautiful medieval town which is full of atmosphere and has many little shops and café/bars/restaurants, including a cocktail bar on one of the town's turrets! If you have a car then you can explore the islands beautiful and lush villages, or why not take a trip to the Island of Mljet (a national park) which lies between Korcula Island and Dubrovnik. It makes for a wonderful day trip and is a sight to see indeed. At walking distance are restaurant, food shop, beach and cafe. Private parking is also available. The sea here is exceptionally rich with fish and the coast is abound in vegetation of olive trees and pine-wood. Beauty of nature, clear sea, pebbly beach and healthy food will make your holidays unforgettable.
