    “Die Lage ist fantastisch und es ist unglaublich ruhig. Der Troubel ist auf der anderen Seite des Hafens, und der Bäcker ist 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Vrsar selbst ist einfach wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber.”

Modern familiy apartments for 3 persons ( 2 adults + 1 child ) are located on the 1. floor of Villa Romana with a beautiful view on the city and port of Vrsar. Apartments consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining area. There's an exit from the living room to a balcony where you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the sea and the city promenade. The apartments has one air conditioned bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartments are located 50 meter from the sea and promenade in Vrsar , in a very quiet zone but still very close to the sea and beaches. There are 2 privat parking spaces in front of the property which is included in rental price. A first beach is located 300 meters from the Villa Romana Apartments.

Neighbourhood information

Vrsar - one of the most beautiful hilly cities in Istria located north of Lim Bay. The view from the hill is really great - 18 beautiful "floating" islands under the warm sun will inspire you. Coast of Funtana is still, as it once was, extremely rich in seafood, making any restaurant visit a wonderful gastronomic experience. Vrsar is now a popular seaport. The most famous and oldest nudist resorts in Europe is located in Vrsar. It was also named the most prosperous place in the country, justifying the efforts of its inhabitants for the most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Holiday homes with pool are mostly located in the surrounding areas near Vrsar. The surrounding villages such as Gradina, Flengi and Klostar will delight you with their gastronomic offer.
