Infinity Pool Villa San Amore is located in a small Istrian village of Matelići, a short drive to the sea, beach. The villa has its own private infinity pool. In front of the villa, you have a nice green valley with a playground. The villa is new, very modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The villa has 2 floors and is composed of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sofa bed in the living room means the villa can host up to 8 guests. All the main services are very near: 1 km from the villa there is a grocery in Orbanici, while in the town of Vodnjan you have 2 big supermarkets with everything, restaurants, and pizzeria :) The villa is perfect if you want to spend your holidays in Istria in complete peace. Not only the summer: the villa is ready for your stay any time in the year, as it has floor heating and air conditioning in every room! From here, you can reach Pula, Fazana, Rabac, Rovinj within a pleasant drive through Istrian surroundings. Pool season: 01.05.-30.09.

Silent Valley in Matelici, where this beautiful modern villa is located, is just a perfect place if you are looking for a stay in a villa with a private pool in Istria! The coast of Istria is a short drive from the villa and it offers beautiful hidden coves, beaches, and marine life, and is the starting point for many diving excursions from Fazana, Pula, or Krnica. The area of Silent Valley is abundant with Mediterranean vegetation, and beautiful countryside, making it ideal for natural vacations. I recommend getting to know the culture and mentality of this region by taking advantage of the many cycling trails and enjoying the natural beauty and fresh air. In the surroundings of the villa, there is a great selection of quality restaurants. You can reach them in a few minutes by car :) Silent Valley is in easy reach to other points of interest in Istria such as Pula, Fazana, Rovinj, and Porec.
