A picturesque place Skrpčići that offers isolation & relaxing atmosphere. When booked whole Villa (158 m2, build 2019.) is fully at your disposal (940 m2 backyard with fence). Villa supports privacy, above all and relaxing atmosphere too. Villas capacity is 6+2 persons, 3 bedrooms and living room can extend space for two more persons on the couch. Whole villa can be reserved as a one unit only. Each bedroom (total 3) is equipped with king-size bed's, private bathroom, ANDROID TV and balcony. Living room is equipped with couch, L shape (also as a auxiliary bed for 2 persons), small coffee table, flat Android TV (65") and PS4, karaoke blue-tooth system, radio, Amazon ALEXA smart home device. Whole villa is covered with free Wi-Fi flat high speed internet. If necessary you can use free laundry, which is fully equipped, spare sheets and blankets too. Villas backyard is huge and perfect for outdoor activities, like badminton, volleyball, water polo and basketball. Parking is fully free, protected and within villas premises. Parking space is free for four parking lots, although only two parking spaces are weather protected. All anti-pandemic measures are applicable.
