Villa Šujević located in the village of Karojba, in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village. It was built in the style of country houses with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday. Four bedrooms with a bathroom, a spacious living room, large kitchen and a covered terrace guarantee the right place to enjoy your vacation. If you wish to dine with your family in the fresh air terrace with grill will allow you to freely enjoy the pool and centuries old olive trees. The spacious lawn gives you the possibility of games and entertainment, a refreshment in the pool area of 41 m2. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Situated on the peaceful end of the village of Karojba, Vila Šujević offers everything you need for complete enjoyment. From well-equipped indoor rooms and a large green area with barbecue, swimming pool and 3 terraces, the villa offers plenty of entertainment facilities. From the console and video game collection to darts, various social games and extensive lawn. Also very good geolocation allows visiting the rest of the region in a short time frame.
Surroundings of the house gives you the opportunity walking, cycling, picking asparagus and mushrooms, visit the medieval town of Motovun and enjoy the views to be remembered and not forgotten. The proximity of the modern road Istrian Y allows you coming to all known Istrian towns of Pula, Rovinj, Umag, Opatija within half an hour.
