Wundervolle neue Villa mit Pool auf der Insel Vir. Die Insel Vir ist bequem über eine Brücke zu erreichen und ist nur 24 km von Zadar und 28 km vom Flughafen Zadar entfernt. Das Haus verfugt über 308 m2 Grundstück, welches komplett von einer mauer umgeben ist. So sind Sie völlig ungestört und der Pool ist nicht einsehbar. Das Haus wurde 2022 gebaut und liegt in Zentrum der Insel Vir. In nur 5 minuten zu Fuß sind alle Restaurants und Bars erreichbar. Zum Strand Lucica sind es nur 800 Meter und zum Strand Jadro ist es cca. 1 km.
Hi my name is Vera and I live with my husband on the island of Vir. We have built this house with a lot of love and decided to open the doors of our home to guests who we hope will enjoy it as much as we do.
