Welcome to Villa Toscana, We rent two 27 m² holiday apartments located 3 minutes from the sea. Our villa is within an hour's drive from Zadar Airport and Split. Many attractions and excursion destinations, such as Krka National Park, the towns of Primosten, Trogir, and Sibenik, are nearby. Villa Toscana offers a Tuscan-style swimming pool open to everyone (3 x 4 m, 1.5 m deep), a safe play area for the little ones with a sandbox, playhouse, and toys. The property is fenced. There is also a large stone-fired barbecue for cozy get-togethers. There are two fully equipped apartments (kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom). Both apartments have covered terraces. A green terrace and a large terrace. Each apartment has modern air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Each apartment also offers a sofa bed and, if needed, a baby cot and an extra bed. Pets are also welcome. There's a small supermarket (Studenac) behind the house. Our hosts, Maria and Tobias, are available to speak German and English at any time. We look forward to welcoming you.
We are Maria and Tobias, a married couple. We love to create a wonderful holiday for you and your children and hope you feel at home with us.
The village has good restaurants, bars and three small supermarkets. It is really nice to walk along the beach in the evening. For entertainment there are different water sport activities, a playground, a trampoline (depending on the season) and a aquapark (depending on the season). About 20 km from Zaboric there is Krka National Park with its beautiful waterfalls. The cities Zadar and Split are about 1 hour away. Trogir is reachable in 40 minutes and Primosten in only 15 minutes by car.
