The property is a stone house old more than 200 years, fully renovated in 2003. The old wide walls well isolatrd give a nice and confortable temperature in summertime.
We are a couple retired already, my wife as economist born in Croatia and I as a seagoing master born in Chile, In the port of Valparaiso and that is why the name of our house. We much care about making our guests satisfy and they have a good vacation.
Our neighbourhood is quite and very close to the city beach. Also the center of the village is at 5 minutes walking distance, also the same to the restaurants and aupermarkets.
Languages spoken: English,Spanish,Croatian,Italian
