This beautiful and luxury villa with pool located in the small coastal town of Savudrija 500 meter from the sea. The villa consists of ground floor area with the private yard and two floors. In front of the villa there is a private parking space. Entrance from the side into the ground floor which consists of a spacious living room, equipped kitchen and dining room. Private outside area has a furnished terrace with grill. The villa consists in four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and nice balcony on the top. Villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. You have all what You need for one relaxing holiday.

Savudrija is a small tourist village, an oasis for campers and tourists who like to stay in private accommodation, located 6 km from the city of Umag. Umag is a modern tourist centre, ideal place for healthy and active holidays, with numerous possibilities of sporting recreation: from diving, sailing, biking, hiking, horse-riding to beach volley and tennis.
