Amazing panoramic sea & city views in a peaceful, private villa with pool and a rooftop jacuzzi - all in the best location above the beaches. Everything can be reached by foot including restaurants, beaches & bars making this the perfect vacation for all. Grab an Uber from the airport (12 min) or a boat taxi to the old city of Trogir and Split. Villa offers parking, a/c throughout, screened windows, rooftop grill & ramp access. Look for the dolphins - regular visitors in the bay!
We are a young family with three children. We lived in several countries (US, UK, Germany) and we love to travel. We enjoy good food, sun, amazing beaches, and memorable experiences with family. We provide a self-check in service and the villa is completely private. We will be available though through the app to communicate with you should you have any questions. We also have a local house caretaker who is only a few blocks away who can come on short notice should there be any issues. You will have the villa completely to yourself for your entire stay.
Villa Sofrania is located at the quiet end of the village Okrug Gornji, which is located on a fully connected island (via 2 bridges) called Ciovo. Everything one needs for an amazing vacation is within reach by foot, no car needed! The house overlooks the bay of the Okrug Gornji beaches, including a famous beach is called “Copacabana Beach.” Guests can access the beach below the villa with a short 4 minute walk down to the beach. Once there, there is a nice bath whice becomes a boardwalk to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars of Okrug Gornji via only a 10 min walk along the beach. Ciovo is connected to the historic city of Trogir, which is a UNESCO list of World Heritage sites dating back to the 3rd Century BC. Trogir offers another level of restaurants, shops, and bars in an Venetian architectural setting complete with a castles, palaces and a palm lined boardwalk. Parts of Trogir can be seen from Villa Sofrania. The Split airport is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Trogir, and the old city of Split itself is only 17 miles away. Split offers yet another level of history, food, shops and bars to make a truly memorable vacation!
