Villa complex FJERA consists of 2 houses, next to each other. The upper house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, hot tub and 2 fireplaces for BBQ. It's set up as a 6+2 place meaning it can accommodate 8 people. The lower house consists of 2 floors as well, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed, 2 kitchens (one on each floor), hot tub and a large terrace with plenty of seating area together with a fireplace for a BBQ. It's also set up as a 6+2 place meaning it can accommodate 8 people.
The price shown on calendar is Villa FJERA's nightly rate + the platform's service fee (%).
For this villa general house rules apply, as they do for other villas in Dalmatia meaning that the noise/music levels outdoors should be at moderate, normal levels after 23:30h. Parties are not allowed since this is a holiday home, villa is NOT suitable for large groups of friends that are under 24 years old. Arrivals and departures hould be on the weekends, preferably on Saturday. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!
