Neighbourhood information

Elizabeth Kotromanić was the Croatian and the Polish Queen. She had three daughters, and how she could not get a male heir, she made a venerable chest of St. John. Simon in 1372. The chest was made of cedar, and 250 kg of silver and gold to be gilt. Elizabeth was cruelly murdered in 1387, in front of her daughter's eyes. She was secretly buried in the Church of St. Krsevan and she was moved after three years. After Elizabeth, no woman was a ruler of Hungary until Mary Teresa.
