Property information

With a big balcony with a sea view, this spacious 80 square meters unit is fully equipped with high quality furniture. Electric barbecue on a balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, blender, coffee machine, memory foam mattresses, air conditioning, and clean towels and linens are all in the unit. The apartment has two rooms, one with the king size bed and the other with the two single beds. Living room has a sofa bed that turns into a bed for two people and it continues into a kitchen that leads to a beautiful spacious balcony with a sea view. Bathroom has a washing machine which is very convinient as not many apartments offer this feature and the closest laundry washing service is in Novalja. Also the apartment is equipped with iron so you can have your clothes looking it’s best when the occasion comes.

The closest place to Zrce beach where you can sleep is Gajac and this apartment is on the main square in Gajac. Gajac is a beautiful, calm village 1.9km /4 min by car from Zrce Beach and 4.6km /7 min by car from city of Novalja. Restaurants, grocery stores and fresh local fruit and vegetables sold by the local people, all of that is within 50m distance from the apartment. Walking distance from beautiful Gajac beach is 5 minutes.
