A Balatontól 10 kilométerre fekszik a festői szépségű kisváros, Tapolca. Tapolca egyik közkedvelt lakónegyedében, a belvárostól 5 perc sétányira található ez a teljesen felszerelt, igényesen felújított első emeleti, dupla erkélyes, klímával felszerelt apartman lakás, mely 5 személy részére nyújt kényelmet, kikapcsolódást, pihenésre alkalmas helyet. Hűtő, mikrohullámú sütő, gáztűzhely, kávéfőző, vízforraló stb. biztosítja az ideérkezők komfortját. A tanúhegyek ölelésében fekvő nyugodt kisváros és környéke telis-tele van látnivalóval (Tavasbarlang, Malom-tó, Tapolcai strandfürdő, Szent György-hely, Badacsony, Szigliget...), amiért érdemes idelátogatni a kirándulóknak. Az ár nem tartalmazza az idegenforgalmi adót. 2025. évben Tapolcán a 18 év feletti vendégek számára 790 Ft éjszakánként az IFA, melyet érkezéskor készpénzben kell kifizetni.
