This villa built at the end of the 19th century and renovated in 2013 is situated on a frequented but quiet domain of Badacsony surrounded by vineyards. The property owner has always respected the architectural values of the house, but has enriched them with technical content. In a living space of 160m2, the space of the south facing living-room, dining-room and kitchen opens to the terrace where you can see the entire splendour of the lake Balaton from Tihany-peninsula to its western basin. The four sleeping units provided with bathroom and wardrobe are well separated from the common space. At the western side of the building, which is sunny all the afternoon, there is a swimming pool with a sunbathing terrace where you also have a gorgeous panorama. Although the villa has been enriched with modern technical content, it has preserved the original mood of Badacsony. From among the architectural values, the finely crafted woodwork is worth being emphasized since it is a high-standard modern work executed according to the original one. Its size and ambiance makes this house a perfect fafamily week-end house or holiday choice for groups of friends.
The Lake Balaton, the mountain of Badacsony and the wineries of Badacsony provide a lot of programs and adventures for our guests.
