We are a small, family-run company offering cozy self-catered accomodations throughout central Budapest. From the very beggining, we prioritize friendly and prompt communication with our guests. We are here to assist you and will do everything we can to ensure a comfortable stay. We warmly invite you to experience our charming apartments.

IIIIIII Please note: The building is currently undergoing electrical system upgrades, which may occasionally result in temporary power outages. IIIIIII Central location and luxury penthouse! We provide a beautiful apartment in downtown Budapest. Our property is newly furnished by interior designers, tailored to the needs of our guests. It can be reached by elevator, equipped with the latest technology heating and air conditioning. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. We provide duvet, sheets and 1 towel per person during the stay. The apartment is self-catering, you will find some starter kits which satisfy your basic needs. If something runs out, please buy it yourself. Self check in possible 24 hours (but we provide service between 08:00-22:00). You also have 2 parking lots in the building's private garage. There's a height limit of 2.1 m . LPG/CNG-vehicle cannot drive into the garage! PLEASE NOTE that this is a private apartment offering no hotel services, e.g. reception, daily cleaning, towel change, etc. QUIET HOURS: mon-fri: 6 : 00 pm - 9 : 00 am sat: 1 : 00 pm - 9 : 00 am sun: all day Heating season: approx. from mid-October to mid-April (there is a central heating system controlled by the building not by us, the date may change by the building) BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served in a café nearby, which is about 200 meters from the apartment (only for our guests who booked and paid it in advance). Breakfast content: 1 cheese-ham sandwich 1 apple/orange juice 1 coffee or tea Breakfast hours: 09:00-11:00
