Stylish, modern, split level studio flat with an amazing location in the corner of the pedestrian zone of Debrecen's city centre. A leisurely 1-minute walk from the „Halköz square"and all the convenience of restaurants and stores are on your doorstep. Check-in from 14:00 (no time limit), Check-out until 12:00. The apartment is equipped with Air Condition and located on the ground. Free WIFI is provided. The main room has a corner sofa-bed (155x195 cm). A staircase leads to the bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both areas are equipped with a flat TV. Each guest is provided with fresh bed linen and two towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including microwave oven, fridge, cooking hobs, toaster, water kettle and also with all necessary tools like cutlery, crockery, cookware & glassware. Essentials such as hair dryer, drying rack, iron and iron board are also provided The price does not include the tourist tax, which is 400 HUF/person/night for adult guests (above 18). No smoking is allowed inside the flat. Pets are not allowed. The flat can accommodate 4 adults. Only announced guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.
The host is available 24/7 via phone or sms (in English and Hungarian) and can arrive to the apartment within 30-35 minutes.
The flat sits in the heart of an exciting and beautiful part of Debrecen's city centre, right next to a pedestrian zone. All the major city attractions are within short walking distance. The neighborhood is very lively, you are literally 20 steps away from the attractive „Halköz" square where you will find lovely cafes, restaurants and galleries. The main city square is only 2 minutes walking distance and on the way (Simonffy street towards Piac street) you are surrounded by restaurants and various entertainment places. Nearby you can find ATM, grocery stores, bakeries and other services. Access and Transport: The host will send detailed instructions after the booking. Airport: Debrecen Airport is 5.5 km far, 15-20 minutes by car. Fix airport taxi transfer price is 3000 HUF/car (ca. 10 EUR). Tram: Line 1 and 2. “Városháza tér" tram stop is located only 160 meters away. Car: The parking option is the underground garage on the Simonffy street (opposite side of the apartment). The fee is 320 HUF/hour (1 EUR/hour) and the garage is open nonstop and you can pay also 0 - 24 hours. In front of the house, on the Simonffy street, the parking is forbidden.
