We founded our family enterprise Wine and Relax Kft because we believe that good things make our life better. Just look at the name of the company, how serious we think they do. Returning home after a hard day's work in the city, you just drop the clothes and go swimming in the lake, then drink a refreshing "fröccs" in the local pub then cycling to Bence-hegy for a light dinner. Can you imagine how relaxing it is? We want to share this with you.

House Magnolia is located in a quiet area yet very close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops so no need to use the car for a swim, have a beer or buy. Minimum 3 nights shall be booked. Facilities: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, large terrace, free WIFI, LED TV with ASTRA satellite, free parking in the garden. Ideal for families or friends, max. 6 persons. It is very important that we live in the house in the backyard. We use the same front gate in the garden. If you feel uncomfortable with this arrangement then please search further for other renting options in Velence.

Neighbourhood information

Velence The settlement on the eastern shore of Lake Velence, which rose to city rank in 2004, but its history dates back to the Bronze Age. Velence is divided into to parts. One of it is Ó-Velence (Old-Velence), which is the core of the town and its history, and the other one is Velencefürdő, which is a popular holiday resort similar to Agárd. It takes great advantage of the opportunities offered by the hill Bence-hegy and the lakeside. The footprint of the town is 33,4 km2, with approx. 5114 inhabitants. Velence is accessible by rail with the Budapest-Székesfehérvár-related trains. The road 7 runs through Velence, and the you can reach from the north by the M-7 motorway at the Velence rest and gas station. From Velence you can take the bus to some of the surrounding settlements.
