In "Twowheel Guesthouse" we can provide accommodation for 16 people in 5 different placements. On both floors there is a kitchen for those, who are willing to cater themselves. On the base floor of the house there is the dining room where we serve the breakfast. In the yard you will find the following facilities: a small playground, table tenis, small fireplace. We have a log-house that hosts the wood-heated sauna and also a mini apartment. Please note that upon reservation we ask our guests to transfer 30% percent of the total reservaion fee in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
The ”Twowheel Guesthouse” is run by a hobby mountain-bike-fun couple Zsolt and Orsi. Zsolt, the owner is responsible for the technical maintenance of the house, while Orsi offers delicious breakfasts for the guests. Zsolt can show you excellent bike tracks and suggest good wines from the "Mátra" region.
The guesthouse itself is in the middle-of-nowhere: it is situated in the so called"Upper-Mátra", surrounded by dark-green forests, tiny and un-crowded villages. The most popular ski-resort, the so called "Sípark" can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The longest hiking route of Hungary, the "National Blue Line" (1100 km) passes by just right in front of the Guesthouse. The historical city of "Eger", that is also known for its wines ("Bull's Blood") and "Sirok" are reachable in one hour.
