We are a small family running this guesthouse for 30 years. We love traveling, therefore knowing what a traveller needs. We live on site, and we love this area. If you need any advice what to see or what to do, we're always happy to help! :)

Located just 30 minutes from central Budapest, Kikelet Panzió Guesthouse is in a quiet, recreational zone just a few steps from the promenade by the banks of the Danube. The 1920's built villa and the two newly built extensions create a beautiful ambience between 'turn of the century' elegance and modern lifestyle. Since opening we have made a lot of improvements, but our core values never changed: we focus on friendly, customer orientated, family-style hospitality and comfort for our guests, yet maintaining affordable prices.

The Danube river beach is just a few steps away from us with restaurants, bars and a nice free beach where you can swim or sun-bath too. A few minutes drive from us you can find AquaWorld, Europe's biggest indoor waterpark, which offers unforgetable experiences for all ages with its slides, saunaworld and pools. The unique natural beauty of the Danube Bend and Szentendre Island offer great opportunities for excursions. Whether you choose trips on the Danube or rent bikes for tours along the extensive cycle-paths to Szob in the Danube Bend or through outstanding scenery to the tip of Szentendre Island, .You will find further opportunities for excursions and entertainment in nearby Budapest, Szentendre, Visegrád and Vác, these attractive locations offer a wide range of things to visit.
