Property information

Turn-of-the-century villa building, with a nostalgic atmosphere, in a beautiful green environment, just 15 minutes from the city center, with free parking. Cherry: 1-room apartment on the deep ground floor, for a maximum of 3 people. Inside the villa is a separate apartment with a private indoor jacuzzi. Please note that the use of the jacuzzi is optional, not mandatory! The usage fee is 40 eur/day. In case of a multi-day stay, you can request it for as many days as you want. 35m2 kitchen corner, multi-functional room, bathroom. The room has a double and a single bed. Here you can find both the TV and the dining table. The bathroom has a bright, large window, shower. Separate toilet. By its nature, the deep ground floor provides a pleasant coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The heating is provided by underfloor heating. Facilities: air conditioning, TV, Netflix, hairdryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Thcibo capsule coffee maker. Parking is free, on the street in front of the house. Our apartment building consists of 6 apartments. The other apartments are located under the following names: Kúria Apartman with private jacuzzi and pool, Kúria Apartman Extra, Kúria Apartman with free parking
