This 300 sqm (380) Villa is located in a 15.000 qm Park, in a fantastic milieu, in the Northern Side of the Lake Balaton.The village Szentantalfa (St. Anton) is 500 meters from the Villa, the nearest restaurant is 500 m far, there are 5 additional ones within 5 kms. The groceries 600 m, petrol station 800 m. There are more than 20 wine-cellars nearby, within one kilometer.There are 4 churches in this small village. This Villa is built especially for family holiday purposes, and is equipped with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living-rooms (63 sq m + 40 sq m gallery), kitchen well equipped and with pantry, 70 sqm pool, tennis-court, etc
