You can park freely in the closed garden of the condominium (please do not park with more than 1 car), but our experience is that you can safely leave your car on the street overnight. We have placed a 4-person dining set in the garden - and soon also sunbeds. For small children, there is a swing, a nest swing and a sandbox, and for the elder ones, badminton, board- and card games can be interesting for the time spent outside the beach. Simpler kitchen items in the apartment, such as spices, teas, sugar/honey, salt/pepper, ground coffee and cocoa are welcome to use - but please do not take these with you when you leave. The same applies to the medicines, bandages, sewing box, the accessories in the bathroom and the first aid box under the bookshelf. We can provide many accessories for small children, which -perhaps- result in fewer packages. So, for example, we can give away a cot (can also be fitted with a changing mat), a child's bathtub, a child's potty (or toilet seat) with a step, a high chair, children's toys, books, children's tableware, and even (if we manage to install it) our beach buggy - which we think - very useful, absorbs a lot of things, but takes up a lot of space in the car :) In addition, we can lend you 2 types of larger mattresses, an inflatable float especially for little ones, and the book you choose from the bookshelf - during your stay here - you can also take it to the beach.

The apartment is located in a quiet resort area of Balatonföldvár, but a few minutes' walk in the shade of the sycamore trees and you will find yourself in the center. The center offers restaurants, a game room, playgrounds, a port that can be visited freely, and numerous outdoor programs and concerts, which are combined with a view of the beautiful north coast and a wonderful sunset experience! We recommend Földvár to those who like the 'old-fashioned' Balaton shore, where time has -partially- stopped, but at the same time you will also find novelties such as Fricska or Stég Bar. The 'East' beach is a 4-minute walk from the apartment, which is a real family Balaton beach with children's playgrounds and a huge sandbox that flows into the water. The beach also offers elder children and youngsters who want to play sports countless opportunities to enjoy such as tengo, soccer, beach volleyball, badminton, chess, surfing, SUP, pedalo, go-kart, giant trampoline. And those who want to relax can unwind in the shade of the huge birch trees or even directly on the shores of Lake Balaton. On the beach, it is also possible to exchange a return ticket, which can be ideal for those who want to have lunch in the apartment, or to put small children to sleep, or just to take a nap in a quiet room in a pleasant climate. In our opinion, the 'lángos' is the most delicious in the PAD buffet :)
