Our apartment is cleaned with an ozone generator after all guests. The complete renovation of the apartment, located in a 6-apartment house had been completed in July 2020. During the construction, we used high quality materials, paying special attention to the harmony of the applied colors and the functional design of the spaces. The interior, the modern, harmonic colors and shapes of the new furnitures and fabrics, the exclusive equipment and the extra services ensure homeliness & intimacy, while also modernity and a touch of elegance at the same time. The seating corner in the English garden is an island of peace after a long day, also functioning as the designated smoking area. As we are private providers, having no restaurant, we are able to serve your breakfast from 8.30. Free wi-fi, 4K smart led TV with 115 channels, bluetooth sound projector.

The house, providing home for our apartment is the oldest building on Naphegy, and is now under municipal protection, preserving the atmosphere of the contemporary vineyard. The southwest wing of the building has been owned by our family for decades. More than 20 years ago, as a young couple, we started to build our common life in the apartment, now functioning as NOEMIZ, keeping memories, which are lovely for our hearts. Later, moving to the larger apartment next door, we began to dream of developing an accommodation from our beloved little apartment, that would mean the same harmony and intimacy for others, as it meant to us once. Therefore we started the complete renovation of the apartment during the spring of 2020. The workflows had been completed in July 2020. The result is NOEMIZ, which, in addition to its modernity and cleanliness, also provides a real home away from home, spiced with a touch of elegance.
