Property information

Our apartment house is located in a quieter part of Siófok, at 14 Daday Kálmán street. The apartment with 4 separate entrances can accommodate a total of 16 people. Of the 4 apartments, 3 are located in one building and the 4th is in another building, where the owners live. All 4 apartments are equipped with kitchen (gas / electric hob, fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, plates, etc.), private bathroom. All apartments are equipped with airconditioning system, which you can use in the summer period if used at a temperature not lower than 22°C. Small pets are also welcome (if agreed in advance), if they do not damage the garden, facility, other guests etc (10 EUR/night). Gas and charcoal grill and gas kettle can be rented for a fee, which can be used in the common garden. As the apartment house is located in a quiet, suburban part of Siófok, the guests are expected to behave accordingly. (Eg: performing any noise-causing activity after 10 p.m.) The ceiling height is quite low in the 26m^2 upstairs Two-Bedroom Apartmant, so it is not recommended for tall people.
