Például: egyáltalán nem szabad hangoskodni, bulizni a területen! We lovingly renovated this small house because we enjoy meeting new people. Originally, it was a press house belonging to a vineyard. We are proud of the land on which the house stands. We do our best to keep it well-maintained and take good care of the plants—most of which we planted ourselves. Unfortunately, there is less and less rainfall during the summer, so we need to water the more valuable and sensitive trees. We don't water the lawn, so it may turn yellow during the season. Our hope is that the guests who stay with us leave with beautiful memories!

The large garden and the seasonally available pool (usually from July 1st to August 31st) are guest favorites. In front of the small house, there is a covered seating area where you can relax comfortably in the pleasant shade. Lake Balaton is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is a nearby restaurant where you can choose from a daily menu for lunch, and one of the city's best pizzas can be ordered for delivery. A small grocery store, as well as Lidl, Aldi, and Tesco, are also relatively close. There is only one neighboring property, where quiet owners live.
