Take a relax at this nice, modern, sunny, quiet studio! The flat is 30 sqm on the 7th floor, with balcony viewing on Buda hills, and is right next to the river Danube. Its heating and air-conditioning comes from the ceiling. The flat has a dish-washer, oven, a washing-drying machine. Free Netflix! HÉV (metro) or bus stops 3 minutes on foot, (to downtown, Margaret Island, Batthiány square or Szentendre). Hajógyári Island on foot, 5 min, where you can walk or so some sports (e.g: run). I can give invoice only for private people, but not for any company.
Hi, I am Beata. I love travelling all around the world, and have visited many countries. I always like meeting new people, specially, who visit my favourite city: Budapest. Be my guest, and i will let you know nice secrets and places in this town. Life can be fun! Let yourself enjoy it! I have a brand new studio with balcony in Óbuda, next to Árpád-bridge, which is on the 7th floor. Everybody is welcome! :) I am reachable through e-mail, phone, viber or what's up, all the time. I encourage everyone to call or e-mail me if you have any questions about Budapest or anything.
HÉV stop (metro) can be reached in 2 minutes, which takes you to Margaret Island or Batthiány square. Or you can try green-go, which are rentable cars in the streets and can be used by an app from your phone. There is also a bus station 2 mintes from the flat, which takes you many places in downtown (Bus: 9, 34, 106, 109, 111, 118, 134, 226, 918, 923, 934). Do not forget to visit Szentendre, which also can be reached by HÉV. You can also rent a bike close tot he flat, which cost only 200 HUF per day. The area is very safe, the buliding is secured by cameras and guard service in 24 hours a day. The park between the bulidings the wifi is free.
