My vacation home is just 50 meters away from Lake Balaton, next to a public beach. Quiet location low crowds even in high season! This home was built in 2017 - each year, including 2021, we make upgrades so it looks brand new! A 20% discount available in case a new reservation connects to an existing stay - please ask!
We love traveling to far away places, from Australia through Hawaii, Asia, North America and Europe. We also like comfort, which some of the more remote places can lack, such as north of Iceland. For us this is where Airbnb can be most useful, finding better options than traditional hotels. Same thing with our vacation home at lake Balaton: most rentals are dated and lack comfort. Our home stands out, our intention is to provide the same level of services as if you were to travel to a well developed Austrian countryside. We live 45 minutes away from the vacation home, in case there is any question we are available if needed.
Right next to a public beach that has some catering and playground, a fishing spot. Far away from the crowds. This is a place where one needs some form of personal transport, the closest bus stop is 2 kilometers away and the railway station is 5 kilometers away.
