As a woodworking engineer, my wife and I have a company in Budapest dealing with the production and design of unique furniture. Our company has been operating since 1995, we work for both, domestic and international markets. We also have special production tasks, e.g. In 2022, we produced the garden pavilion of the gold medal-winning garden of the Chelsea Flower Show in London. My wife is an interior designer - she participates in the company's work as an industrial artist (glass design artist). We are both lovers of Tihany. Dreaming up and realizing the ART Trend Luxury Villa was a real experience for both of us. We wanted to create an accommodation of outstanding quality, both in terms of accommodation and services, which is more than what is available on the market today and which is worthy of the cultural and historical traditions of the place. When not busy with the above activities we also like to travel. Every year we try to go on at least two trips: one outside of Europe and another somewhere in Europe.

• The main attraction is Lake Balaton, a fairly shallow lake, the second largest in Europe. It maintains a pleasant temperature all through the whole year. • The Tihany Peninsula has a special micro climate where lavender grows in vast fields and hundreds of almond trees blossom in abundance. Such sceneries are usually associated with Provence or Tuscany but Tihany and the North shore of Lake Balaton with its vineyards is rather similar. • There are plenty of good restaurants in Tihany and in its vicinity. Every year we provide our guests with a detailed list of the restaurants tested by us personally. Vicinity is not our prime consideration but the quality of the food is. The same goes for markets and shopping for food.
