Hi I'm Devi Scheunemann. I run this small hotel owned by my family. We have been coming to Karimunjawa since 2000. We all love it so much that we decided to acquire a property here. We sincerely hope you will love CocoHuts and Karimunjawa as we do!

Property information

We have left most of our 1HA property as it is. The idea is to build as Eco friendly as possible. We only have 8 rooms. Economy rooms have fan only while the others have AC and fan. All rooms don't have hot water to conserve water. You will find the wooden buildings (made mostly from used wood) blend in with its surrounding environment. The view is spectacular, perfect to relax.

Neighbourhood information

We are located only 1km from town. Nested on rocky hills overlooking the town, harbor, and 8 islands, we are secluded and yet conveniently located.
