Newly built modern, elegant and minimalist-style fully furnished 2BR condo. Most spacious 2BR unit in the complex with both the sea and the city views! Perfect for families with kids, couples or business travelers. The unit is located on the 35th floor, with 38 floors total in the condominium. For this type of unit, though, it is already located on the highest floor because the other units in the 38th floor are different. So, this unit is actually on a penthouse floor. Fully functioning kitchen, flat-screen TVs, very near airport, connected to a mall, ideal for enjoying North Jakarta to the fullest. Many food choices in Bandar Jakarta or Muara Karang or PIK area. 30 minutes drive to airport, Mangga Dua, Dunia Fantasi, Sea World, Ancol & Jakarta Old Town.
I love travelling and I've been to many countries before, especially Europe. So I know full well what it's like to be a traveler who's out looking for a suitable accommodation. I travel because I'd love to see the whole world, to meet new people and to learn about other cultures. I'm also deeply passionate in tennis! I'm mostly a solo traveler so I was mostly on the lookout for functional accommodations while I was traveling, but also so that there would be more chance in possibly getting to know a few local hosts. As your host, I would be glad to respond to any inquiries that you may have, preferably through a messaging application, and I'll leave you to enjoy your stay mostly on your own (but if you need recommendations, of course you're welcome to ask me anything). I plan to host in AirBnB as much as possible, so I'm deeply committed.
Very near the airport (30min-1hr depending on traffic), great view looking out to the sea and it's in the same building as the mall. Ideal for exploring north Jakarta: Ancol (Dunia Fantasi, Sea World), Jakarta Old Town (Kota), Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa (Sunda Kelapa Harbour), Mangga Dua (electronics centre). They are within reach in about 30 minutes by car. There are many options for eating out: Bandar Jakarta is a famous seafood restaurant in Jakarta. Also: Muara Karang and PIK. There are 4 malls readily available nearby. There are also 2 hospitals in the vicinity.
