I graduated from Udayana University in Denpasar, Bali in 2007 and was so lucky to get a chance as a fresh graduate to join a growing Real Estate Company based in Seminyak area for almost 3 years. An balinesse style 4 bedrooms Villa in Sanur. Large space that can easily fit 10 person. There are two buildings separately with their own open living room and kitchen on down stairs. Total 4 bedrooms located on second floor, 2 Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms at First Building, and another 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom ( shared bathroom but all bedrooms have door access) at second building. Another 2 guest toilet at first Floor. Bed configuration: 4 Double Beds with 1 Extra Single Bed.. Every Building have one Open Living area with sitting place at first floor One Smart Television at main Living Room One main Equipped Kitchen. Large pool in outside area in front of the building, very sunny, warm, and private for your use only. 2 sun desk and gazebo is provided in a cozy yard. Large parking space fit 2 cars in front of Villa. All of it is yours, very private and not sharing with anyone.

- 5 Minutes walking to Main street of tourist area in Sanur (for shopping, restaurant, supermarket, etc!) - 10 Minutes walking to The Beach! - 10 Minutes walking to the famous tradional Sindu art Market! - 15 Minutes walking to Le Mayeur Museum! - 10 Minutes walking to Water sport center! - 5 Minutes ride to Sanur port to Lembongan, Nusa Penida!
