Property information

Pennylane is a private, freestanding, newly renovated, air conditioned, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa that accommodates up to max 5 people. It is located in one of Seminyak’s trendiest areas. Great comfortable King size beds in both rooms. We are amongst some of the best restaurants that Bali has to offer. However, if fine dining isn’t your thing, there are endless eateries, casual cafes, restaurants and warungs very close by. The open plan living/dining is well set out with a flat screen cable tv. The villa offers free WIFI throughout. We also have an inter-connecting, lockable door between bedrooms, for those of you with little ones that need to be close by. The kitchen is well fitted out with everything that is needed from, full size fridge/freezer, a microwave/grill oven, 3 burner gas cooktop with granite benchtops, full compliment of cutlery, utensils and glasses, juicer, coffee machine and a hot and cold water dispenser. The kitchen/living area is designed to bring everyone together.

Neighbourhood information

We are tucked away (approx. 80mtrs) down a secure, well lit and peaceful laneway with extremely friendly local neighbours. It is a mixture of other rental villas and local residential living. A perfect blend to add to the ambiance of your stay in beautiful Bali whilst experiencing the best of both worlds.
