Hi, welcome to our Rosebay apartment. Our apartment unit is strategically located in the heart of modern and exciting West Surabaya. It is a resort-styled, low rise apartment building, ensuring you a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is just opposite of ROCA Clubhouse and Monopole Coffee Lab, and only 5 minutes drive to Pakuwon Mall, National Hospital, Loop dining complex, Hokky Supermarket, and many other popular dining and entertainment venues. Our unit has 3 bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioner, wardrobe, and queen size bed. It also has 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, and 1 outside, each bathroom is equipped with rain shower, bidet, and water heater. Lastly, our living room is furnished with air conditioner and comfortable sofa. We also provide these facilities inside our unit: 1. Washing machine and dryer 2. Balcony and laundry hangers 3. Refrigerator (chiller and freezer) 4. Microwave 5. Induction stove 6. Cooking and eating utensil 7. 6 bottled drinking water for each day of your stay (for daily stay only) 8.
