Kadek Rai has been in the hospitality and tourism field since 2000. Started his own villa management company since 2010. In 2015 Kadek built The Paica. In 2019 he has begun a massive renovation gearing towards a community-based idea called "Co_Living". Future plans is to build a rooftop co-working space. The Paica is a place for any type of traveler.

Neighbourhood information

The Paica is located in a secluded jungle area in the town of Dalung. Dalung is a 5-10 min drive from Canggu. A 10-15 min drive from Seminyak. A 20-30 min drive from Bali's Ngurah Rai airport. With lush green jungle views and sounds of the river makes our guests think they are in Ubud. The Paica is just a close enough drive to be around tourists but far away to have privacy and less traffic. The Paica is close to many places including a grocery store that is less than 2km away, numerous small restaurants and cafes, a petrol fuel station, cell phone stores to get a SIM card and many others. We have specifically created a massive welcome book that you can learn about The Paica and some things to do in Bali. Feel free to ask our staff when you arrive to show you this welcome book!
