It's a new house with 3 bedrooms and has a garage to park your car RUMAH BARU LUAS BERLANTAI 1 (TIDAK BERTINGKAT) dengan desain serasa di villa. Lokasi dekat (bisa jalan kaki) ke Starbucks, Medan Focal Point, Indomaret, Alfamart, KFC, McDonalds, Burger King & berbagai restoran. Dekat juga dengan warung tradisional yg sangat lengkap untuk berbelanja daging, sayur dll. Bisa jalan kaki menuju ke tempat naik/turun Damri dari/ke Bandara Kuala Namu Hanya 10 menit berkendara ke USU 5 menit ke Ringroad City Walk 20 menit ke Sun Plaza 45 menit ke bandara Kuala Namu Fasilitas : 3 kamar tidur dengan springbed berkualitas dilengkapi AC Sprei dan selimut selalu diganti setiap penyewa baru 2 kamar mandi dgn Water Heater Handuk & toiletries Garasi dan juga Carport bisa untuk 2 mobil Free wifi TV Sofa INFORMA Teras dan taman Mesin cuci & jemuran pakaian stainless Kulkas Microwave Rice cooker dan kompor gas Dispenser galon bawah Setrika TIDAK DIPERBOLEHKAN MEROKOK DI DALAM RUMAH
