The Twin House is located in a residential area of Griya Perwita Wisata, not far from the UII campus with the relaxing mountainous air. It consists of 2 houses with the same exact design and comes with connecting door for those who wants to rent both. Also the Twin House is close to the culinary area of Jl. Kaliurang and the Kaliurang attraction site; Malioboro and Sultan Palace can be reached within a 30-minute drive. The build of the house looks minimalist from the outside with tropical gardens and dominant sweet chocolate paint. Once entering the house, you will be pampered with arranged neatly, clean, comfortable rooms. A large TV blends in perfectly with a family room and dining room. A fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils is placed next to it. The main room on the first floor is equipped with AC, a private bathroom with hot and cold water. While on the second floor there are 2 twin-bed bedrooms with AC, a shared bathroom, a drying room and a balcony.
With 26 years of tourism experiences, I spent a lot of time trying to present the best tourism experiences in Yogyakarta region. For me creating the comfy, educative, and enjoyable tours are very important. The Twin House becomes one of the experiences that I can introduce and offer to the travelers, and it's crucial for me to serve the best tourism services as possible. With The Twin House, I hope the travelers feel welcomed and enjoy their visit here in Yogyakarta.
Located in residential area of Griya Perwita Wisata, The Twin House offers quiet surroundings area and relaxing cool mountain breeze as the part of the experience. Various culinary options, from budget street foods to unique Indonesian foods, are also available within the area. Hidden gems as cultural villages, farmlands, and tourist objects are available close by as well. The other famous Yogyakarta tour spots is within 30 minutes drive away or so.
